Where do I put my promo code in?

If on mobile, tap 'Show order summary' after you've clicked 'Checkout' button on the Cart page.
On other platforms, the discount code box should be visible.

My discount code doesn't work.

Some of our codes can only be used once. If you received a code from us and are sure it should work just get in touch with us.

How long does a return take?

If you're returning from the UK, it can usually take up to 3 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day after the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed. All returns are subject to our original condition and fair use policies. Check out our Returns Policy to find out more.

How long does a refund take?

Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. You will receive the credit within 7-11 days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please allow a few days delay. if it is more than 15 days, please feel free to contact us via email or chatbox.

Which payment method do you offer?

Online payment with PayPal, MasterCard, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, JCB, Diners, Discover, Cartes Bisares, Electron, Maestro

Can I pay cash upon delivery?

Cash payment is not available. 

Please be advised that when returning an order, the refund is made to a Bank card or Bank account, using the details provided in the application for a refund.
