We get a lot of these messages and in majority of cases here are the reasons:

• Incorrect address entered - even misspelling the street name will make your bank reject the payment.

​

• Incorrect ZIP / Postcode - Please ensure you enter the code to which this card is registered.

​

• Random decline - Try again, as your bank might from time to time randomly decline transactions even if you have funds available.

​

• CVC code incorrect - ensure you use the correct code at the back of your card

Please remember that if you enter the data above incorrectly too many times, your bank might consider this as a fraudulent attempt and might decline further transactions on our site even if you enter the correct details.

If none of these solutions work, please report this to us and we will investigate.

Remember you can use our PayPal gateways too and in many cases this will solve the payment issue.
